As a master chef seasons a culinary work of art, so does the artists add a dash of exhilarating color or when necessary, fills the canvas with rich pigment to satisfy your visual appetite.

Barbara Krupp's exhilarating chorus of vibrant colors sing with joy

William Jerdon's authentic nudes and sensuous still lifes are always compelling

Robert Baxter's milieu of rich color patterns mingle with masterfully rendered figures

Craig Rubadoux's magnificent color and lyrical line create enchanted expressionism

James Griffin's superb interpretive realism is infused with glowing light and color

Nat Krate's sumptious florals burst off the canvas with stunning color

Sarasota's legacy of renowned artists making our gulf coast paradise their home began to blossom during the 1940"s and continues in full bloom today.
From this diverse group we are featuring eight who have left the world of art a rich legacy and seven artists who are currently creating their own contribution to "A Legacy of Sarasota Masters"

Past Sarasota masters are, Jon Corbino, Ben Stahl, Syd Solomon, Jerry Farnsworth, Helen Sawyer, Julio de Diego, Hilton Leech and Jack Cartlidge
