The human figure has always been a very basic and demanding form of expression for many artists.  This exhibit demonstrates the unique and compelling figurative expression of eleven Gallery artists exhibiting over twenty five paintings.

 

 

Robert Baxter's creates a milieu of rich color patterns for the materfully rendered faces and figures.

Jeff Cornell's soft pastel pigments are meticulously blended to create superb figurative realism

James Griffin's superb interpretive realism is infused with glowing light and color

William Jerdon's authentic nudes and sensuous still lifes are always compelling

Nat Krate's incredable nudes contrast with Picasso and DeKooning

Kathrin Longhurst I want people to feel the love and tenderness that I have for my subjects in every painting."

Luke Steadman - His work is quiet and contemplative, enveloped in atmosphere and mood.
